New to Yoga?
If you are beginning your journey into the practice of yoga, you are in the right place.
Yoga is for everyone, and there are so many ways to practice and so many amazing views
at Waters Edge Golf Club!
Please take a look at our schedule and choose a class to attend. Other than joining a class, the only thing you need to do is wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat with you if you have one. FLEXIBLITY IS NOT A REQUIREMENT to do yoga. Tight, tense and stiff bodies are welcome.

Class Schedule and Tips
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and setup your mat and props. Inform the instructor of any health issues, injuries, recent surgeries, spinal conditions, pregnant, or any condition that needs monitoring such as high blood pressure. Refrain from using heavy prefumes or scents. Be prepared to practice bare foot.
Sundays 7am - 8:15am starting May 3rd
Thursdays 9am - 10:15am starting May 7th
Tips to Prepare
Avoid practicing on a full stomach
The less the better. We can fuel up after practice.
Turn off your cell phone
Be curious of others. Yoga is about increasing focus. No destractions.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Layers are best, as your body temperature changes throughout your practice.
Always being rushed and in a hurry doesn’t allow time for the soul to enjoy life,
which is composed of small, ordinary moments that can be beautiful.”
